Tom Mundheim, Chief Financial Officer of Bluware, has held previous chief financial officer and chief compliance officer roles for technology companies servicing the oil and gas industry. He joined Bluware in December 2017 to manage the fundraising efforts to secure capital from EV Private Equity and Shell Ventures. His areas of expertise include finance strategy, financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate tax planning, financial modeling, restructuring, foreign exchange management, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, corporate compliance/governance, international expansion, and shared services. ​Mr. Mundheim has demonstrated leadership in the execution of shareholder decisions across diverse scenarios, including a $500 million IPO preparation, $25 million funding for a technology development, and a $100 million sell-side M&A process.
