Per Arne Jensen has 28 years of industry experience working in international markets with internationalization, mergers and acquisitions, and technological development and growth.
From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Jensen was the CEO of porcelain manufacturer Figgjo, where he headed the company’s business turnaround and global expansion. Prior to Figgjo, he was Vice President of IT company Computer Advances Group ASA (CAG), where he led strategic development, acquisitions, IPO work, and investor relations. Mr. Jensen began his career with IRIS, the internationally renowned oil and gas research institute, where he worked on new technology and software for drilling and well applications. He has also worked for Statoil, now known as Equinor, and WesternGeco on software development within the reservoir and G&G space.
Mr. Jensen holds an M.Sc. in Strategy and Finance from NHH and an M.Sc. in Software Development from NTNU.
Mr. Jensen has previously held positions as Chairman of the Board for the Norwegian Design Council and Chairman of the Board for the Norwegian Centre for Design and Architecture.
He currently serves as the chairman of Safran Software Solutions, Add Energy Group, and WellConnection, and serves as a board member of Aquaterra Energy.
